What is your production time?

Once we have your designs and printing tests approved, production time varies from 8 to 30 labor days depending on your order complexity. Our average is 10 labor days.

 How do you ship your international orders?

We use FEDEX for international shipping from Mexico City. Orders take from 5 to 8 labor days to arrive.

 How much will be the shipping cost?

On a 10kg parcel and up, cost per kilogram:

USA: $ 6.42 usd             

Europe: $ 6.98 usd

Canada: $ 5.57  usd        

Asia: $ 9.15 usd

South America: $ 7.17 usd    

ROW: $ 13.34 usd

 Am I paying Mexican taxes on your orders?

No, our prices are Mexican tax free since you don’t live in Mexico and the products are shipped abroad.

 How about tariffs?

There are no extra charges on custom tariffs between Mexico, USA and Canada.

Usually notebooks don’t cause any additional tariffs on most countries. But we encourage you to check your customs law on importing paper goods from Mexico. Any custom clearance cost will have to be covered by you.

 What a about damaged products or losses?

We make ourselves responsible for any damage or loss. In that case we will evaluate if we send the product again or make you a refund.
